Accessing Emotional Freedom To Perform
My work brings together a range of proven tools and techniques from Energy Psychology (Meridian Energy Therapies), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis to help musicians deliver an outstanding musical performance consistently, whatever the performing situation.
I help artists from all genres and at all levels of experience overcome the mental blocks, fears and limiting beliefs that get in the way of your ability to perform to their full potential and capabilities.
I help musicians overcome the stress often brought on by common fears such as:
- fear of being judged by others as ‘not good enough’ or ‘a poor performance’
- fear of not being accepted or approved of
- fear of letting myself down
- fear of letting others down (e.g. my professor/coach/teacher, fellow performers)
- fear of making mistakes in my playing and my overall performance

Managing Your Health & Well Being
Earning your livelihood from music is, like many other professions, not without its occupational hazards. Challenges arise from time to time whether it be stress from the uncertainty of regular work or the demands required to perform at an exceptionally high standard or the physical challenges of practice and performance (e.g. RSI from overuse, muscle strains or more serious issues such as focal dystonia).
